About Us
CropWise Consulting is owned and operated by husband and wife Tim and Laura Paplow. They founded CropWise Consulting on the belief that the only way to be successful is to help growers and farmers find success.
Tim and Laura pride themselves on their extensive experience in agriculture. Tim spent 11 years in agronomy retail prior to establishing CropWise Consulting in 2011, and Laura spent five years as a high school agriculture education instructor. The pair also hold seed treatment endorsements.
Today, Tim uses his knowledge as a certified crop advisor to provide sound product recommendations and a variety of consulting services. From soil sampling and crop scouting to drone and digital services, he keeps a close watch on the fields of his farmers and growers.
“We always strive to provide a high-quality, consistent customer experience that people can trust,” says Tim. “We work with our growers and farmers to learn what works, achieve goals, and maximize profitability on every acre.”
Community Involvement
Tim serves on a building committee for the Floyd County Fair Board and as a board member for Floyd County Farm Bureau. Laura serves on the Floyd County Extension Council and is the secretary for the Nashua-Plainfield FFA Alumni. Together, they serve as leaders for the Riverton Lucky Clovers 4-H Club.
