We would like to introduce you to our 2026 summer interns. Michael, Elayna, and Adison will be joining us in May and will be assisting in the seed shed and scouting in customer fields throughout the summer.

Michael is a 2024 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. He is finishing his second year as an elementary teacher in New Hampton. Michael grew up in the country three miles west of Nashua on a 500-acre farm with a 1500 head hog operation. He raised his own cattle and hogs through 4-H and FFA and helped on the farm when needed. This will be his sixth summer working for CropWise Consulting, LLC. We are happy to have him back part time this summer when he is not coaching baseball at N-P.

Elayna O’Neill will graduate this spring from Nashua-Plainfield High School. Throughout high school, Elayna has been actively involved in FFA, where she has served as an officer for the past two years. She has received awards at the state level, including earning her Iowa FFA Degree in 2026. Elayna has also been a member of the yearbook committee and student council, and she has participated in volleyball, basketball, golf, and softball during her high school career. Next fall, she plans to attend Iowa State University to pursue a degree in Agricultural Communication.

Adison Williamson is a junior at Iowa State University, majoring in Agricultural Communication with emphasis areas in Agricultural Policy, Agronomy, and Agricultural Business. On campus, she is involved in Student Government and other organizations that have strengthened her leadership and communication skills. Adison grew up in Parkersburg, Iowa, where she served as her high school FFA Chapter President, was a four-sport athlete (basketball – state qualifier, track – 2x state qualifier, cross country, and softball), and an active 4-H member. Adison was raised showing pigs alongside two younger sisters, which helped instill a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for agriculture.
We will begin interviews for 2027 intern positions in November 2026 and will continue interviewing until positions are filled.
