We would like to introduce you to our 2025 summer interns. Everett, Michael, and Xavier will be joining us in May and will be assisting in the seed shed and scouting in customer fields throughout the summer.
We would like to introduce you to our 2025 summer interns. Everett, Michael, and Xavier will be joining us in May and will be assisting in the seed shed and scouting in customer fields throughout the summer.
Michael graduated from Nashua-Plainfield High School in 2020. He grew up in the country three miles west of Nashua on a 500-acre farm with a 1500 head hog operation. Michael raised his own cattle and hogs through 4-H and FFA and helped on the farm when needed. This will be his fifth summer working for CropWise Consulting, LLC. Michael is a 2024 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and he is finishing his first year as an elementary teacher in New Hampton. We are happy to have him back part time this summer when he is not coaching baseball at N-P.
Xavier Scott is a 2025 graduate of Charles City High School. Xavier has been actively involved in the Charles City FFA Chapter serving as a chapter officer for two years and competing in events from the sub-district to state level. He has attended National Convention multiple times. Xavier has also been a member of Skills USA and served as Vice-President this past year. Xavier participated in cross country and track throughout high school. Xavier plans to attend DMACC this fall and study criminal justice with the goal of joining the Iowa State Patrol in the future.
We will begin interviews for 2026 intern positions in November 2025 and will continue interviewing until positions are filled.
