Meet Our 2022 Summer Interns

We would like to introduce you to our 2022 summer interns. These two gentleman will be joining us in May and will be assisting in the seed shed and scouting in customer fields throughout the summer.

Michael Stille

Michael graduated from Nashua-Plainfield High School in 2020. He grew up in the country three miles west of Nashua on a 500-acre farm with a 1500 head hog operation. Michael raised his own cattle and hogs through 4-H and FFA and helped on the farm when needed. This will be his second summer working for CropWise Consulting, LLC. He will be a junior this fall at the University of Northern Iowa where he is majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Literacy. After college, he hopes to get a teaching position in a school district in or near Nashua.

Nathan Zupke

Nathan graduated from Sumner-Fredericksburg High School in May of 2021. He was raised in the Fredericksburg area on a farm. Nathan has had exposure to agriculture through his parents and both sets of grandparents. His dad works at a farm equipment dealership in addition to operating a row crop operation together with his father (Nathan’s grandfather.) Nathan’s mom works in the seed industry and her parents have a row crop and dairy operation. These family experiences led Nathan to attend Iowa State University. He will be a sophomore this fall majoring in Agronomy. While Nathan is undecided on his future career, he is excited to gain hands-on experience in the field this summer and learn more about various aspects of agronomy.
